ü    DISTRIBUTING press kits, products and other press releases to targeted media

 ü  SECURING print and broadcast media interviews, book reviews and articles through aggressive follow-up via telephone, email blasts & fax.

ü   MANAGING every aspect of the campaign, including book and media tours, all travel and accommodations preparation. 

NOTE: At the request of the client, Media Aces Executive Publicist may also travel with client during extensive book and/or press tours to work book tables, make sure the client is well taken care of and assist client and host in making each event a success.

ü     PROVIDING detailed and timely reports on campaign progress

Upon request, we will create a customized proposal based on each client’s needs and objectives. After consultation and determination of the services selected, an agreement will be submitted by Media Aces for the review and signature of the client.
